When will my Thumb Grippies Arrive?!

Thumb Grippies are made to order, first come, first served. A purchase here secures your spot in line. When your order enters production a shipping label will be created and you will receive a shipping notification. Production takes 1-3 days depending on quantity and number of different colors. If you send a support email asking why your tracking number shows no movement, I will be sending you here to read this :P

Which size is right for me?

The best way to know for sure is to measure the threaded end on your radio. M3 gimbals will measure approx. 2.85mm in diameter, while M4 will measure approx. 3.85mm in diameter.

Why are colors more expensive?

Colored sticks require a substantial extra amount of hands on work to produce, as well as machinery and materials. It’s a one-man operation here, and making colored sticks slows it down, so I charge a premium. Thumb Grippies can be painted if you would like to save some money, or get the exact color you want. Either hand brush with acrylic multi-surface paint, or a multi-surface spray paint.

My Thumb Grippies look dirty, how do I clean them?

Over time your Thumb Grippies may start looking dirty. This can be from dirt, dead skin buildup, or if you’re like me, food residue! Personally, I like to snack on pizza flavored goldfish between flights. Remove the Thumb Grippies from your radio and clean them in the sink using soap, water, and a toothbrush. Let dry, then re-install.

Pro-tip from Thumb Grippies team pilot QTfpv: Use a piece of Velcro from a broken battery strap to gently brush away the dirt and grime!

Why does my bank statement say Unique Keycaps LLC?

My other company makes novelty keycaps for mechanical keyboards, check them out here! I am currently changing the name of my LLC to better reflect my product offerings, until that is finalized, Unique Keycaps LLC will show up on bank statements.
